Do you charge collection handling fees? No, we do not charge handling fees. What fees do you charge if nothing is collected? Our fees are based on the principle of No Collection No Fee. If nothing is collected, then no fees are charged to the client. What documents / information do you need in order to proceed with collection? We need the full contact details of the creditor and debtor (including tel/fax if available), together with copies of the invoices, statement of account, delivery documents and any other relevant correspondence between the parties. What do you charge for personal visits? Personal visits to debtors in Athens, Nicosia and Istanbul are made free of charge. We also arrange scheduled visits to areas of the Middle East and North Africa which are also free of charge. What are your collection fees? The fees charged depend on the country of the debtor, amount of the claim and type of the claim. Our fees are based on the principal of No Collection No Fee, therefore if no funds are collected, then no fees will be charged to the client. If you would like the rate for a specific claim, please send us a request on our ‘Online Enquiry Form’. What are your chances of success? We can usually ascertain in the first few days whether it will be possible to achieve an amicable settlement. Whenever immediate payment is not possible, we strive to obtain a written payment proposal or agreement with the debtor, for payment by instalments. This written document can assist us in court, should they not adhere to their payment proposal. We can usually obtain a payment proposal within 7 -14 days of receiving the claim, provided that the debt is not disputed, that the debtor is still trading, that the debtor can be traced, and does not have financial problems. Can you find out whether the debtor is still trading / financially solvent? Yes. We can arrange personal visits in many of the countries we cover, which will usually show if the company is still trading and the financial condition of the company. We can also obtain credit reports that will give a better insight into the structure and financial position of the company at minimal fees. How much are your fees for legal action? The fees for legal action depend on the amount of the claim, the country of the claim and the complexity of the claim. Quotations for legal action are given on an individual basis, and are always agreed with the client in advance. We provide our clients with a quotation for the total legal fee for the whole procedure until the execution of the judgment, there are no hidden fees. Court and lawyers fees in some countries of the Middle East and Africa can be very expensive, and we do not usually recommend legal action in these areas for small claims. ![]() We are pleased to announce that the General Manager of our Athens office, Mr. Andreas Maos, was elected as the Anyone who deals with collections in Algeria knows that it is not an easy task, so what is the secret We are pleased to announce that Mr. Stelios Americanos, Partner, has been appointed by the Council of Ministers of the View All » ![]() Download File 4.3 MB [ 2007-11-30 ] Download File 4.0 MB [ 2007-05-07 ] View All »
