No, we do not charge handling fees.

What fees do you charge if nothing is collected?
Our fees are based on the principle of No Collection No Fee. If nothing is collected, then no fees are charged to the client.

What documents / information do you need in order to proceed with collection?

We need the full contact details of the creditor and debtor (including tel/fax if available), together with copies of the invoices, statement of account, delivery documents and any other relevant correspondence between the parties.
